Half-Day of Home Staging OR Redesign

$350.00 (Up to 4 hours)

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less then 2000 square feet.  The YOUR COMPANY Consultant will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. 

Full Day of Home Staging or Redesign

$550.00 (Up to 8 hours)

This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet.  We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won't believe the difference a day can make!  You'll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look.

Completed Action Plan and "Do-It-Yourself" Guides

$150.00

Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself.  We'll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan.  We'll also email you "Do-It-Yourself" guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend
(Includes Completed Action Plan)

This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression!  A YOUR COMPANY Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  The Consultant will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
